Base jumping is banned in many places because of the inherent risks involved. The Swiss village of Lauterbrunnen is a magnet for thrill seekers. Also Troll Wall and Kjerag in Norway are one of the best places for base jumping. Norway has one of the most rugged landscapes in the world, filled with craggy mountains and winding fjords.

Kjerag, on Lysefjord in Norway is a very popular location. Norway is the base-jumping capital of Europe, because of it is one of the few countries left where it is still legal; and of its high mountains and deep fjords.

http://www.baseeuphoria.com/ offers a BASE course in southern Spain. They are associated with the Free Fall University where, as part of the course, you make several skydives on a seven cell canopy before doing your first BASE jumps.

Check these websites. There is a warning everywhere for this sport, it is very, very dangerous, so be careful!

The popular Norwegian site offers a BASE course. More information can be found on http://www.basekjerag.com/. As far as Basejumper knows, this course prepares you for jumping the terminal walls in Norway. It does not include slider-down experience, and your first jump will be from the terminal wall. It is generally recommended to start BASE from a bridge instead.
