Heard from someone that Swiss have made it illegal to wash a car on a Sunday? Is it really true? whats the logic behind this funny and strange law?

I have heard that they can’t wash on Sunday, because of anti-Noise Pollution laws. But also I have heard that the laws dictating what can or cannot be done on Sundays have been modified to allow car washing.
